Metabolism Boosting Workout

This is a workout using the Concept 2 rower, and is great for sport specific or cross training in general. The rower is a great total body cardiovascular weeksout, Always perform 5 minutes of a general warm up before doing the specific warm up or the actual activity your going to perform.
5 minutes rowing warm up
4x500m R= 1 min
2x1000m R= 2 min
1x2000m
*R is rest time between reps
*Rest 5 min between each set
*Cooldown with some light back extensions to restore posture
