It has been a long time since my last post, the new years resolution crowd has been making it quite busy for me. Despite my time being limited, I was able to escape and find a couple hours to write about a healthy alternative for chips & dip. It is perfect timing with the Superbowl coming up, and I hope you will try this healthy alternative during your festivities or if your not into football just try it anyway.

Salmon Dip and Chip

  • 5 Tbsp Reduced Fat Mayo
  • 3 Tbsp Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 6 oz Can Wild Salmon
  • Season with Chives and Old Bay

If you do not have Old Bay, because you are not in the Baltimore area, paprika and celery salt works well. This Dip is low fat and high protein, which will fill you up sooner, and provide you with more nutritional value than your ordinary chips & dip, try it out! Go RAVENS
