Quick Metabolism Boosting Workout

This post will be short and is just a glimpse of the workouts I have some of my clients do. This is a great workout that can be done in less than 30 min and provides strength, cardio, and flexibility/mobility all in a couple moves. There are links to videos on proper form and technique. Exercises can be done with a dumbell, just be careful with your grip. Try it out!

1a) 1/2 Turkish Get-Up

1b) 1 arm KB row

1c) 1 arm KB Windmill

1d) 2 arm KB Swing

Beginner – 3×6-8 each, rest 90″ between sets

Intermediate – 4×8-10 each, rest 60″ between sets

Advanced – 5×10-12 each, rest 30-45″ between sets
