Updates

I have been very busy lately, and instead of doing new content I started to go over my old posts and make some slight changes to make sure the content is still accurate. I can get carried away, and not really pay attention to what I’m writing sometimes. This often leads to spelling errors and not getting across what I am trying to. It also serves as a great refresher for readers to go over things and to really let concepts sink in. Remember… repitition, repitition, repitition is how you learn. Here are some of the articles that I think are great reads for everyone to learn more about themselves and movement training in general…

  1. Do you Have a Strong Mind ?
  2. The De-volution of Humans
  3. How to Warm up Properly
  4. “I wanna be Toned”
  5. The Present State of Fitness
  6. The best way to Stretch
  7. My Top 5 Stretches
  8. The Essence of Movement
  9. 5 Keys to Effective Fat Loss
  10. The Importance of Strength

As I continue to learn and grow my philosophy and methods change a little bit but principals remain true. Some things I have wrote a year ago may not reflect what I think and how I train now. This is why you should always question things and try to become better each day. If you don’t like my articles then too bad, no just kidding! I encourage you to try and follow some of the blogs of people I follow and they may be able to help you out more. Thanks for reading!
