In my first post of the new year, I have 2 must read articles and a recipe of the week.
As soon as I started to read these two articles I knew I must post them.
Recipe of the week – Protein Banana Wrap
Yes it sounds weird, and disgusting, but this is probably one of the most convenient meals, that is actually pretty healthy.
- 1 flat out wrap
- 2-4 Tbsb peanut butter (all natural, organic)
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder (bland/vanilla)
- 1 Banana
– Mix peanut butter and protein powder in bowl. Should come to about the same consistency as peanut butter, and then spread on flat out. Place peeled banana on wrap and roll up. Wrap in tin foil to save it for later in the day. Cheap, easy, and healthy!
